Carmine Gorga is a graduate from John Hospkins SAIS 1960 - 1962. He is currently the President of The Somist Institute. He has over 35 years experience as an Economic Researcher. Carmine responsibilities are inclusive of Economic Research History, Institutional Economics and Development Economics. Mr. Gorga was born in the great depression in Southern Italy. The war began, which started the thought of Politics. He received many scholarships including one with John Hopkins. Carmine gradually emerged himself into research. He attributes his success to "Dog Headedness" and a passion for economics. When asked about his goals for the next 4 - 5 years, Carmine sarcastically said to change the Federal Reserve System, change the way they distribute money.
