Biography

Dale Pugh is the Director of Security at the Internal Security Group and a Senior Litigation Personal Injury Attorney at the Ramos Injury Firm. Dale's daily activities include but are not limited to corporate security consulting, risk assessments, employee training, internal investigations, vendor vetting and installing security equipment. He also offers a robbery response training class and lectures several times a year. Prior to the security profession, Dale was an FBI Special Agent from 1979-1986. Dale served as the first ever Marine Corp computer logistics’ officer in 1975 and military aide to President Carter. A highlight of Dale's career was during his time with the FBI as head of Soviet Counter Intelligence during the Cold War and one of three to ever recruit a KGB Officer into the FBI. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, his Master's Degree in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence College and a Master's Degree in Forensic Science from George Washington University. He is a Certified Protection Professional and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Dale is a member of the A.S.I.S., A.S.T.A., Bar Association of Colorado, Denver Bar Association, Professional Private Investigator's Association of Colorado, American Society for Industrial Security, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Vietnam Vets of America, and the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
