Andres Messa Diaz is an IT Manager at the Chamber of Commerce in Cali, Colombia. Totaling over 16 years in his profession, he has been with the Chamber of Commerce for three. Andres is motivated by his love for technology management; he has always enjoyed solving problems and applying technological solutions to business problems. He prides himself on his ability to translate technology to the business, and on conducting business with integrity.
Andres credits his success to his ability to solve problems and his stellar communication skills. He also helped to modernize the Chamber of Commerce and its online services platform: increasing revenues by 123% in online services, reducing unit costs by 33% by optimizing contracts with suppliers, increasing by 47% in the amount of online services available to entrepreneurs and increasing by 21% in the number of online operations.
