Beralice Espinal holds an Executive MBA from BARNA Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. Currently the Supply Chain Director for Nestlé Waters Latam, she oversees all supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory of raw materials, selection of vendors and distribution of finished goods. She also evaluates past performance data to forecast needs and production value. Some of her specializations include negotiation, project management, and relationship building with internal and external clients.

A natural leader, she is internationally experienced as a purchasing and supply chain professional, with the proven ability of developing strategies and implementing practices that exceptionally resulted in business growth and opportunities. Working her way up through the ranks, other positions she has held at Nestle include Inter Market Global Lead, Regional Demand & Supply Planning Manager, and Regional Purchasing Manager for Direct Materials.

Beralice believes working for a well-known international company is an honor, and firmly believes her department is the backbone of the success of the company. She is very interested in creating business contacts and establishing relationships with professionals in similar fields. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading and spending quality time with family. She speaks English and Spanish, and resides in Santa Maria, Panama.
