Mrs. Carla Matthews-Dottin has over 7 years of professional experience, with expertise in compliance auditing, risk assessment approach, administration, reviewing and recommending standard policies and financial auditing. She has been a very successful auditor and strategic leader for almost 20 years, and has been the internal auditor for Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation "TTPOST" since 2011.

Carla is well known for her leadership abilities and her commitment to continuous improvement.  Her vision for the future is to become a chief auditing executive and become more involved in leadership development and strategies. She holds a Master’s in Strategic Leadership & Management from University of the West Indies (2014), and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, where she graduated with honors in 2010.

Carla loves cultural variety of all kinds and travels when she can. She resides in Trinidad and Tobago.
