Fabio Borzacchini is Senior Client Partner at JDA Software, a leading supply chain and retail management solutions provider for more than 30 years. With nearly 30 years of professional experience in operations, industrial engineering and technology, himself, Fabio is a highly seasoned consultant and provides leadership to the internal project team while establishing trust and strategic relationships with clients and other key accounts.

Having joined JDA in 2013 as a Senior Project Manager, Fabio has lead SCM projects for the company and driven business expansion across Latin America. He is known for inspiring trust and creating value in relationships with customers, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

After earning a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Bridgeport, Fabio went on to complete a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.  He launched his career in the financial sector, working as Senior Branch Operations Officer for Citibank NA in Venezuela, before ultimately relocating to Chile in 1987 to become a senior consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick.

Prior to joining JDA, Fabio was Consulting and Training Manager for Procesum Consultores Gerenciales Ltda., and Solutions Manager NetLogistiK. He is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.

A resident of Iquique, Chile, Fabio speaks fluent English and Spanish. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys travel and soccer.
