Dr. Hamad Khalifa Alnuaimi is Head of Telecommunication for the Abu Dhabi Police GHQ, where he oversees communications across 127 locations and 77 employees. With over 20 years of experience in his field, Hamad serves as spokesperson and spends his days on conference calls and in meetings directing activities and ensuring the force is operating at its best.

After earning a master's degree in Telecommunications Management from Syracuse University, Hamad went on to complete a PhD. He has been part of the Eng. Network for Abudabi Po since 2002 and is a member of the Advisory Community Study Organization.

An expert in project management and team management, Hamad is a key point person between both people and things. He has vast technical and IT knowledge and superior communication skills, and serves as a role model for up and coming telecommunications, administrative and public sector personnel.

Outside of his work with the police department, Hamad enjoys travel and volunteers for the red Cross.
