Jean-Louis d'Aviau de Piolant is the President of a notable new start up called BERDAPI SAS, located in Talence (Aquitaine, France) and the Inventor of a new ecological system of ventilation designed to overcome the problem of molds, odors, and decay in unoccupied dwellings. Established by Jean-Louis in 2016, the firm is on a R&D stage of this new home ventilation system, entirely feed by two free and omnipresent energies: wind and solar, that regulates automatically, thanks to an integrated, intelligent and connected weather station that compares and analyzes temperature, humidity and pollution outside to the air inside before starting a ventilation. The system will be on the market beginning of 2020.
Submitted for patent protection in March 2017, the product stands to change the way consumers think about home maintenance and the preservation of furniture, art, and artifacts, towards a more ecological point of view. Accompanied by a mechatronic engineer, computer scientist and climatologist, among others, Jean Louis leads a team of 6 in his company.
After earning a master’s degree in International Trade from the EDC Business School of Paris, Jean-Louis went on to complete a Proficiency in English course at Cambridge University in the United Kingdom. A natural-born innovator, he also holds a patent on an electronic wireless pen used to draw and write on computer screens, and has specialized in developing keys in hands business centers, restaurants, hotels, sports equipments such as: stadiums, stadiums stands, swimming pools, etc.
A resident of Bordeaux France, Jean-Louis is a native of Vietnam and is excited to see his product grow on the global market. Outside of his professional endeavors, he holds a master degree of Vietnamese Martial Arts, which he has taught for over 40 years.
