Laura Cortes Mc Allister is founder of La Compañia Mas Creativa, a Colombia-based visual communication company that specializes in: brand development, advertising, media and communication strategy, and social media optimization. With over 14 years of experience at the helm of the company, Laura and her team pride themselves on developing custom tailored solutions for clients, taking their unique business needs and goals into account when creating their visual communication strategies.

Laura is also the developer of iCoNNct, the social media marketing arm of La Compañía Más Creativas. An innovative and highly adaptable tool, iCoNNct helps clients with the minutia and tone of individual social media platforms, while ensuring a cohesive overall strategy and voice. It also connects brand to potential strategic alliances, cross promotion opportunities, and networking platforms.

In addition to her thriving career as an influencer in media and visual communication, Laura is an accomplished singer and songwriter. In 2015, she completed studies at Yamaha in Vocal Technique. Her album, album “Overcoming a Distance” was released under her professional name, Elece.

Laura holds degrees from the Universidad de los Andes and San Francisco State University. She speaks English, Spanish and French, and resides in Bogota, Colombia.
