Luizet Ruzow is the CEO of FeverTree Consulting, a prominent African management consultancy dedicated cultivating progress and development across public and private sectors in South Africa and rest of Africa. Operating in financial services, resources and heavy industry, government administration, and emerging markets, the firm offers clients practical solutions and hands-on implementation, as well as the resources of international standards with a depth of local knowledge.

With over 20 years of experience in consulting, Luizet is highly experienced in strategy and organizational effectiveness, as well as transformation for the public sector, telecommunications, and banking. She has worked at leading consultancies such as Accenture and McKinsey & Co., and been tasked on projects across Africa, the Middle East and Europe.

A native of Turkey, Luizet holds a BA Honours degree from Marmara University in Istanbul, as well as a MBA from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom. Today, she resides in Johannesburg, South Africa.
