Malcolm Monteiro is Office Manager at the New India Assurance Co. Kuwait, one of India’s leading multinational general insurance companies. With over 30 years of work experience, Malcolm works to improve office efficiency from a strategic and daily level, as well as managing the general office operations. A private shareholding company, New India Assurance Co. Agency in Kuwait continues with Malcolm as its third generation of Monteiro leadership.

After studying in the United States at the University of Dayton, Malcolm launched his career driven by a determination to serve his community and family in the best possible means. In 2014, he went back to school and completed his degree.

Today, Malcolm manages a team of 19 employees, and he is proud to provide such a high standard of service to so many customers and colleagues. He resides in Kuwait with his family, and enjoys reading and art in his spare time.
