 Marcela A. MacMillan (Marcy) is President of Mission South America, a non-profit religious entity recognized by the Ministry of the Interior of the Government of the Republic of Colombia. It is also part of the Christian Community of Faith Mission South America Federation of Churches, a member of the Evangelical Council of Colombia, and the Association of Evangelical Christian Ministers of the Valley (ASMICEV). Marcela and her late husband, Randy MacMillan served together as apostles, spreading the word and work of Christ throughout Colombia and South America.

With an upbringing in both New York and Cali, Marcela's international background helped immensely
in building the international network of over 60 churches planted by Mission South America, with presence in Ecuador, Venezuela, Canada, the USA, France, and Spain.

A dynamic speaker, Marcela teaches about apostolic and prophetic ministry, empowerment, praise and worship, and discipleship. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Jacksonville University, where she and Randy first met. She also holds an Honorary Doctorate degree from Christian University of the Americas.

Today, she carries on the mission and activities of the organization, overseeing the pastoral and leadership elements of the Christian Community of Faith Church of Cali. She also serves as president of Mission South America Federation of Churches. She resides in Cali, Colombia, and speaks fluent English and Spanish.
