Marie-Noëlle Crabbé is the Founder of Imago International, a business management and consulting organization offering comprehensive strategies to facilitate change and stimulate growth. Marie-Noëlle has over 15 years of experience collaborating with International Corporate and Humanitarian Organizations, and is also an auditor, specializing in Corporate Social Responsibility and ISO 9001.

In addition to being an entrepreneur and expert auditor, Marie-Noëlle is a Psychologist specializing in Conflict Resolution and Cross-Cultural Consulting.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Extérieur de Paris, Marie-Noëlle received her Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Harvard University Graduate School of Education. Herself trilingual in English, Spanish and French, her master’s thesis explored how bilingualism influences language acquisition in young children. She then received a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Psychology and Family Therapy from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and practiced as a psychologist in the Boston area for years.

In 2015, Marie-Noëlle relocated to Barcelona, Spain, hired as Project Manager by TUV Rheinland, managing pharmaceutical industry projects on a global scale; she pursues her role as CSR & ISO 9001 auditor as well, working mostly in Western Europe and North Africa.

Now an independent consultant and auditor, Marie-Noëlle continues her work in collaboration with several Certification Bodies throughout Europe. She hopes to pursue her auditing missions while expanding her international consulting platform. 

Outside of her professional and entrepreneurial pursuits, Marie-Noëlle is an avid photographer, who enjoys traveling to remote locations. She also volunteers as interpreter/translator for various humanitarian organizations in Latin America, and credits her success to being highly adaptable thanks to her multi-cultural and multi-linguistic background.
