Oscar Andrade is the Managing Director and President of the Board of Directors of Ford Motor Credit Company Mexico, the credit and financing arm of Ford Motor offering financial services to Ford dealerships and alternative of financing programs to consumers. With over 20 years of experience at Ford, in his role Oscar oversees the company performance, obtaining funding to support business while managing 300 employees and $1.5 billion in financed assets.

After earning his Bachelor of Business Administration at Harding University, Oscar went on to complete his Master of Business Administration from the school. In 2005, he was inducted into the international honorary society, Delta Mu Delta, and was also recognized with a Diversity and Inclusion Award, presented by Ford in 2010, for heading a project that expanded business in Mexico by extended consumer financing to the region. 

Outside of running Ford Motor Credit Mexico, Oscar volunteers at Ford's employee charter organization, Leaders Contributing. Oscar coordinates events and visits with the children who have lost their parents or are in foster homes.

A resident of Huixquilucan, Mexico, Oscar speaks fluent English and Spanish. In his spare time, enjoys attending food and wine pairing events and remains competitive in tennis.
