Tina Lisberg Bundgaard is Executive Senior Adviser of Global Engagement at VIA University College, a University of Applied Sciences in Denmark. With nearly three decades of professional experience, Tina team manages for the Global Engagement Office. Tina is responsible for VIA’s institution wide university partnership around the world. She also facilitates corporate and other strategic partnerships worldwide and oversees international marketing and global outreach.

After earning a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Aarhus University, Tina went on to complete a Master of Arts in Canadian Studies from the University of Alberta. Tina was a resident of Alberta for 6 years while she studied and taught at the University of Alberta as Sessional Lecturer. Her own experience as an international student broadened her horizons and enriched her life in ways she had never imagined. Inspired to help others to enjoy their own versions of the experience, she found her calling and went into international education administration. In 1996, Tina returned to Aarhus University to complete a degree in Media and Information Science.

A current resident of Aarhus in the Central Region of Denmark, Tina speaks fluent English and Danish. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys sports, jogging and traveling.
