Founded by husband and wife partners Victor and Virginia Poyotte, the firm offers management consulting, human resources analysis, psychometric testing services, professional training courses and development.
Specializing in management and training consulting, Victor is highly experienced in the areas of human resources, public administration and public policy. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of the West Indies and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Columbia, Missouri, USA. He spent many years working in the Saint Lucia public service, regional project management, regional associations for electricity and water utilities and a sub-regional financial institution.
Poyotte & Poyotte offer clients services in strategic operations planning, project proposal writing and project management. They also provide services in corporate and public policy analysis, management and human resources audits, policy and operations manuals, management compensation studies, and management training and capacity building. Throughout Victor’s career, his work was published in magazines and other media.
Dr. Virginia Poyotte has nearly 20 years of experience in regional coordination with and is an education management professional. She served as a Teacher and School Principal in the Saint Lucia Teaching service and Regional Coordinator for the Caribbean Regional Office of Education International. She offers her clients services in industrial relations, trade union education, education policy, action research, in gender equality issues and capacity building.
Dr. Albert Poyotte holds an Executive Diploma in School Management and Administration from the University of the West Indies, a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Administration from the University of the West Indies, a Master’s Degree Training & Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester in the UK and a Doctor in Education from the University of Sheffield in the UK.
