Zacharoula Kiapekaki is an experienced IT Consultant for Step One, a prestigious international consultancy offering integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and state-of-the-art collaboration tools for modern business. AN SAP recognized Silver partner, Step One offers clients tailored and clear options to create an efficient and thriving strategy for businesses to produce dynamic and optimal results.

In her role, Zacharoula is in charge of multiple areas of the company, including in management, consulting, training and the design of implementations with strong skills in SAP ERP, Master Data, IDoc, and Warehouse Management Systems.

 She holds a master’s degree in Chemical engineering from Tufts University in the United States, and finds that her broad background of training and experience has helped her see the big picture of the international business landscape.

A resident of Athens, Greece, Zacharoula speaks fluent English and Greek.
